The system implements a 4-layer memory architecture, dynamic economy engine with emergent pricing, trust-based reputation pipeline, and NPC campaign framework with persistent choice tracking.
This is the implementation foundation for the PhD proposal. The research question emerged from observing what this system already did — the architecture predates the formal research framing.
Additional production systems: ClaimBridge (healthcare claims, PM-JAY / Rajasthan MAA), Relay (multi-channel operations platform), NEOM Sindalah LED tower control (TouchDesigner, Saudi Arabia), AI-powered event installations for Cadbury, Adani, ICICI Bank, and Monkey Shoulder.
