WATCHER · GROUND TRUTH
What actually happened
Only the Watcher holds this record with perfect fidelity. Every agent below will form their own version of events — filtered through trust, personality, and a dice roll representing instinct.
Seed: · Use the same seed to reproduce this exact run.
DAY 1 · PERCEPTION ENGINE
Each agent interprets what they saw
The same event. Seven different perception engines. Trust scores, traits, and a dice roll determine what each agent believes they witnessed — not what actually occurred.
DAY 2 · PROPAGATION
Information spreads
Agents share what they believe. Each transmission passes through the sender's truth rate. What the receiver gets is not necessarily what the sender knows — and not at all what the Watcher recorded.
DAY 3 · TRAPS & RUMOURS
Sneaky agents act
Agents with the Sneaky trait may plant deferred traps — false tip-offs to guards that will fire on a future day. Connected agents spread exit rumours that may or may not be true.
DAY 4 · ESCALATION
Tattlers report, second wave spreads
Agents with the Tattler trait may go directly to guards. A second wave of propagation carries increasingly distorted information — three hops from the original event.
DAY 5 · RESOLUTION
Traps resolve
Deferred actions execute. Some traps succeed. Some are detected — Connected or Paranoid targets may be warned by allies. Agents who believe they know an exit route may attempt escape.
